  • Coaching is a forward-looking, supportive process where we explore your vision, move through fears or doubts, and build confidence in expressing your authentic and creative self.

    Somatic healing is more body-based and restorative. These sessions focus on regulating your nervous system, releasing tension, and helping you feel grounded and safe in your body.

    Many clients choose a blend of both approaches for the most holistic support.

  • To make sure this work is a supportive fit, all new clients fill out a short application form. This helps me understand your goals and whether coaching, somatic healing, or a blend will serve you best.

    Here’s what happens next:

    • I personally review your application.

    • You’ll be invited to schedule a free connection call to talk through your needs and ask questions.

    • If it feels aligned for both of us, we’ll confirm your plan and first session.

  • All sessions are held virtually via video call so you can join from the comfort of your own space.

  • Most sessions are 60 minutes. Longer workshops or intensives may be included in some packages.

    • Choose a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable.

    • Have a journal, pen, and water nearby.

    • Wear something you can move and breathe in easily.

    • Most importantly—come exactly as you are.

  • Each session is spacious, grounding, and customized to you. A typical flow might include:

    Check-in: We start with what feels most alive or important for you that day.

    Somatic practice: Gentle body-based tools to settle and open clarity.

    Exploration: Coaching, emotional integration, or voice/creative expression work.

    Integration: Reflection, journaling prompts, or simple practices to carry with you after the session.

  • Not at all. Everything is guided gently and accessibly. You’ll be supported step-by-step. An open mind and a “practice, play, adjust” mentality is all the experience you’ll need.

  • Therapy often focuses on past healing, diagnosis, and clinical care. My work is not therapy—it’s coaching and somatic guidance that support your present and future growth. Many clients find this work complements their therapy.

  • Every journey is unique, but clients often experience:

    • More calm and confidence in sharing their voice or creative work

    • Greater awareness of patterns that keep them stuck

    • Practical somatic tools to regulate stress and nerves

    • A deeper sense of alignment with their authentic self and vision
