insecurity & self-image

Somatic tools helped me feel grounded and whole from within, not defined by others’ opinions or approval. I stopped measuring my worth by productivity or perfection and began honoring my body and inner world with compassion and curiosity.

co-dependent relationships

I reconnected with my own needs, emotions, and inner authority—learning to relate from a place of clarity and self-respect, not fear or lack, and calling in those who align with me.

Breathwork, grounding, and body-based practices helped regulate my nervous system, shifting me from chronic fight-or-flight into more peace and presence.

this joyful studio was born from my own healing journey — one shaped by chronic pain, fear of being seen, and disconnecting from what I love.

Having experienced anxiety heavily as a child, teen and young adult, it shaped how I showed up in the world. It inhibited my belief in myself, got in the way of trying new things, and kept me from doing things that brought me joy—like singing. I have always loved to sing, like performing full on musicals for myself in my bedroom, and imagining myself shining on stage from the safety of my bedroom walls. But I always kept this self-expression to myself, blending into the crowd of students in the middle school choir. Because while I loved to sing, the fear of being seen & heard was overwhelming. I eventually stepped away from choir when I entered high school, hid my voice, and told myself that was the best way to keep myself safe. When my choir teacher asked why, I lied and said I just wasn’t interested anymore.

For years, I carried the deep belief that I had to hide to be safe.

I kept my singing as privately to myself as possible, not even sharing with family or close friends. And this fear of being seen & heard manifested in so many other ways…not speaking my truth, people-pleasing, co-dependent relationships, and constantly living in survival mode.

That fear of being seen & heard settled into my body as chronic pain and muscle tension. And this pain held all the ways I was hiding and bracing against the world—until I found somatic healing.

In 2017, a dear friend invited me to a group healing called Heart Circle. I didn’t know what to expect, but I said yes. One of our first exercises was simple yet profound: sit across from a stranger and hold eye contact. No words. Just presence. My heart pounded. My nervous system screamed, I could feel all the ways my body had been holding onto tension and fear. That moment — sitting in stillness with a stranger, letting my nervous system be witnessed — cracked something open in me. For the first time, I felt how healing it could be to be fully seen, gently and without judgment.

Since then, through somatic and mindset work, I left careers that drained and damaged me, recovered from burnout, came home to my body, and even shared my singing voice publicly with friends, family, and beyond.

Now, I help others do the same. At this joyful studio, I offer a space for your whole self — mind, body, and spirit — to come back into alignment. Together, we blend coaching, somatic practices, and nervous system support to help you live more fully, more freely, and more you.
